Down only 2 inches...

The scale wasn't good to me this week. I've only lost about a half a pound but I'm 2 inches smaller around my hips. My waist hasn't changed at all. I know I need to reduce my sugars but my migraine diet suggests that I not drink low fat milks due to the processing it goes through to make it fat free. I can get soy milk at my grocery store but I can't get the other milks.
