I don't think it would hurt to continue tracking while preg. I think it might be good to see that you are eating things that will benefit the baby. In terms of weight gain or loss, talk to your dr about the appropriate amount of weight they would like to see you gain each month and this site will help you stay with in thier guidelines. It's easy to get carried away with the "eating for 2" idea...tracking might help.0

keeping track of your nutrition is sooo important while you are preggers!! talk to your ob for specific guildelines, but my dr has always told me that you only need to increase your daily calories by like 300-400. so if you normally eat 2000, you only need 2400 during pregnancy. a lot of women have the mind set that just because you are expecting you can go crazy and eat whatever you want, and that just isn't true or healthy. your baby needs lots of healthy foods to grow and develop properly.
congratulations on your beautiful bundle to be!!! stay active (if you can) and eat well, and that precious bundle will be here before you know!!

I started keeping track of what i eat today will more then likely be a cheat day because i gave into a craving for breakfast...I aim for 1900 calories and try to eat healthy with what i have available...i have decided to still track my weight loss/gain but just make sure i keep in mind its ok to gain (within reason)...i sit all day at work so i realized that if i dont have snacks on my desk i am fine and i try to do leg workouts while sitting
thanks for the advice guys

Just keep track of your nutrition and calorie intake.
I know MANY MANY people will say you can do this or that and you can lose weight etc...
But, seriously, baby is more important than losing the couple pounds you would during the pregnancy.
Also... the scale will drive you bonkers. Baby is growing, more fluids in the body being added up, strange hormonal stuff etc.0
