I want to know cold water or warm water is helpful for weight loss and for flat stomach and hoodia is helpful to increase metabolism and to lose weight is it have any kind of side effect or not?

    Same here. I took it. I think I had a little more energy, but say no weight loss results. No side effects, including weight loss.
