I am right on track. I am inthe middle of level 2 for the 30 day shred and its kicking my butt! Litterally! I should be good to loose the full 15 by the end of the challenge. YAY! I am on my way to the skinny side of my closet.0 -
Did much better eating this week, although had my brothers wedding this weekend which meant a lot of drinking and not eating great. I did get down to 149 mid week, but with the weekend activities that went back up. Working on running 2-3 times this week and lifting 2 times.
