Problems with sodium

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems going over their sodium limit for the day? Even when I'm under my calories, I keep seeming to go over and I'm sure that's not helping me lose weight. Does anyone have any insight?

OR

Can anyone suggest some low-sodium foods I can take for lunch at work or even make/eat at home for dinner?

Thanks all!

try to track your potassium levels......as long as you balance potassium : sodium ratio , there should't be a problem. usually they say its 2:1 intake of potassium to sodium is a good ratio to avoid any problems with sodium. avocado, banana, legumes, coconut water, fruits and veggies are a good source of potassium. So next time if you take high sodium foods level it off with food rich in potassium.
