I work 14 out of every 35 days (lot of hours in short # of days).
When I work it is very active but because I'm off more than I work I set it to moderate.
Should I add something to my day when I do work? (ex: 100 filghts of stairs, 4 hours fast walking, etc....)
Thanks in advace.

I had an idea for you... a little after the fact. Maybe you should update your goals every time your work changes. So on the long swing you have, change your lifestyle to sedentary, and workout from there, and on work weeks you chould change your lifestyle to active. Then you are seeing how many calories you should be adjusting during those high activity days vs. those looooong weekends. It might seem like more work, but it will give you the most accurate gauge of where you should be and where you want to be.0
