BOOT CAMP!

WOW! today was my first day at boot camp and I am wooped! it really kicked my butt waking up at 5am plus doing an hour of boot camp all in time to make it to work at 8. wow. i was trying to give up coffee cuz i only drink starbucks but i think i am really going to need it today. whew!
The good news is, that 1hr of Calisthenics burned over 500 CALORIES! which is awesome!

    i am doing a boot camp too, my second one. i was so flippin sore last week i had to 'slide' into the seat of my car - lol! feeling better today, bootcamp tonight at 630!!!

    month for me too...i am going to NYC and will miss 2 days, but by then i will probably really enjoy the break!

    oh let me ask you this....I'm not sure if I'm overdoing it here, but what exercises would you recommend on my days off from boot camp?
    I was thinking some eliptical/treadmilll cario on my days off?
