Although I am not trying to cut out all carbs, I do try to limit bread and wheat products and choose quality options. I just staring eating a slice of ezekiel bread in place of a sandwich thin or english muffin with breakfast. Anyone else have thoughts on ezekiel bread for nutritional benefits and weight management? I do love the taste and texture and find it to be more filling and less bloating then regular bread!!!

I really like Ezekiel, but have stopped buying it due to the expense. Just cheaper for me to make whole-wheat bread at home. :smokin: As far as store-bought bread products go, it's the best around, next to something fresh from a bakery. I think as long as you're eating it in moderation (i.e. not the whole loaf! lol) and it fits into your calories and carbs for the day, more power to ya. I find Ezekiel breads really filling too. :drinker:0

I eat a slice every morning for b'fast. Started out with Cinnamon Raisin, now eating sesame. Both very good.0
