Shoulder Injury - Stationary bike

Hi,
Anyone ever had a serious shoulder injury? I have just gotten out of my sling and have decent movement but little strength in my shoulder. I can no longer do any of the sports that keep me in reasonable shape. I hate going on the bike but it is really one of the few options I have, anyone have any good routines, or any sort of HIIT program that can give a decent burn?

I used Netflix to try a few trainer programs out prior to buying any. I"m glad I did, it worked well for me. There was a female trainer, I liked, but hated the routine - and a male that I hated, but loved the workout. I don't specifically remember the names.
I had an indoor stationary bike I was using, but just switched over to my own bike on it's own trainer, and LOVE it. Much better, more thorough workout.
Sorry about your shoulder injury, hope you feel better soon. Did PT give you exercises you could do?0 -
elliptical without the moving arms (so basically steps)0

I just started last week being able to do some work with resistance bands, which is better than the past few weeks which were just stretches pretty much.
I didn't realize that Netflix would have all that. I have never had it as I heard the Canadian Netflix is pretty pathetic. Maybe I'll try doing some YouTube searches. I'm in a Condo so I have to go down to the gym to use the bike, no television access0
