I don't know what my macros should be?

I'm not sure what percentage is right for me...
When I started P90X, I was doing a 50% protein/ 30% Carbs/ 20% Fat. I had a VERY hard time ever meeting my protein requirements.
Right now, I am on 45% protein/30%carb/ 25% fat, and for breakfast I had 2 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon and 30 pistacio's for snack and I'm already past my fat for the day, and still have TONS of protein left, and still have 2 meals to eat.

I'm just not sure what my goals should be? What is considered healthy? Should I have more protein or carbs?
Acccccck I have no idea what I'm doing.:grumble:

    I do 40/30/30, I'm right on with everything except protein. Occasionally I go slightly over carbs. I wrote a list of foods that will increase my protein without going way over my carbs and fats and I'm just working on eating more of those foods.
