Hey guys
So in gym tonight I noticed that you should be changing the the weight when ou set the machines manually as they work out your calories burned. I never knew this and the machine was calculating my cal burned at a weight 20kg lighter than what i am! FFS! Does this mean I have been burning more or less calories or doesnt it make a big difference!! ?????? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK

What matters is if you have been losing fat at the rate you want (assuming that rate is reasonable). If so then good. If not then add exercise or subtract food.0
