I'm sure this has been discussed a million different times but I figured I'd throw it out there. I work a desk job and try to pack my breakfast/lunch/snacks every day. I'm getting bored of my snacks and need some easy ideas. I'm looking for snacks roughly 100 calories or under that are very portable and not messy. If it's fruit, I usually core & quarter it in the morning so it's easier to eat at my desk. Similar for veggies if they're large. Unfortunately I can't eat yogurt (can't get over the consistency of regular or greek). I'm eating a lot of fruits & veggies but I'd be interested in snacks that I can stock up on and are less perishable as well (like Wasa & Laughing Cow wedges).

Here's what I've got in my snack rotation lately:
Cored & quartered pear - 96 calories
Cherry tomatoes - 65 calories per cup
2 Light Rye Wasa Crispbreads with Laughing Cow Light Swiss spreadable cheese - 95 calories
Orange, cut into eighths - 70 calories
Blue Diamond Oven Roasted Almonds (half serving) - 80 calories
Banana - 105 calories
Frigo Light String Cheese - 60 calories
Sweet potato fries (baked with no oil) - about 103 calories per medium sweet potato
Strawberries, halved - 49 calories per cup
Cucumber with peel, cut into spears - 45 calories per cucumber
Green beans, raw - 34 calories per cup

Sounds just like me...I eat at my desk and also can't eat yogurt. I eat most of the things on your list. Here's a few more:

    Raspberries- 65 calories per cup
    Green pepper cut into strips
Baby carrots with low fat ranch dressing (30 cals per tbsp of dressing)
    Blueberries
    Special K bars- 90 calories
Any 100 calorie pack, I love them all, especially the almonds and cookies
Sunmaid raisins- 90 calories per little box, great to mix with almonds
Homemade trail mix, a serving (1/4 cup) is about 120-140 cals but very, very filling
    Pistachios

Apparently we have really similar snacking habits...I eat everything on your list as well, but I use the light dill dip for the carrots and as much as I love pistachios I hate having to open the shells at my desk :)

What do you put in your trail mix?
