Sticking to calories and gained weight, looking for support

I am sticking as close to the 1200 calories recommended by mfp as I can and eating back as many of my calories as I can from exercise (I am usually within 20 - 100 under by the end of the day). If I weren't supplementing with Sixstar products I would have no chance of eating all those calories in a day.
I am 5' (maybe just under) and weigh 140 lbs, according to my research I should weigh between 97 to 127, I am aiming for a toned 110 lbs.
I have kept my focus this summer but over the past week I have gained 3 lbs. Any tips? Friend me please or comment. I will try to post current pics of me if I can figure it out. I would prefer to wait until I have the 30 lbs lighter pics but maybe this will help me knowing all of you know what I look like.
