I have low blood sugar and often need a glass of juice or piece of fruit to keep me stablized.
and protien fruit smoothies- though high in sugars- so far have been the best thing for me that I have found. But I don't like those red negative numbers that show up on my goal board..LOL

I am new to this- MFP and new to trying to figuring out better gllucose sources and eating strategies for my chronic health issues...
if anyne can offer tips, please do!

Honestly, the sugars always show up in the red for me :-). Between fruit, milk, and my coffee, I have quite a bit of sugar intake. I just ignore it. LOL! I probably should see that as a sign ;-).

ok. I should stop freaking out so easily.. there is a reason I stopped doing this sort of thing; tracking numbers-- I get gung-ho, obsessed... I am hoping I can handle it now, being older and all

Sugars are not the main area of my focus right now, maybe later.. so I'll be OK with my glaring red -2 after only breakfast...

you can set your targets to your preference!
