So I was at the store, we have switched back to trying to be organic, more health conscious again now that life has slowed down some. Bread is always one of the biggest dilemmas. Whole wheat bread tasts like you're eating cardboard. Those whole wheat thin things arent much better.

So I saw this bread made with spelt flour. And saw no extremely great reason to buy it. I did buy it, but i am wondering... why is it different, is it better? What is it made from? anybody have some info on it?

Spelt is a grain very similar to wheat. It's really no different in nutritional value or taste.

White, bleached flour products are demineralized and unhealthy.
    Whole grain is always best.

^ What Bobby said. What kind of wheat bread are you eating? The only difference I find between wheat and white bread flavor is wheat is not where near as sweet as white. But still delicious.

the whole wheat by sara lee, and the whole wheat by oro wheat are a bit hard on the taste buds sometimes. I do to some extent like the nut one (harvest grain i think) by orowheat, but in small doses. So trying to find a better non white, non enriched bleached wheat bread.

i have issues with boring food. or eating the same thing over and over, then it becomes boring food. so i am open to suggestions.
