High Calorie, Low Sodium, Low Sugar Snacks!!! HELP ME!!!

I have been giving in WAY too much lately to sweets! It is getting out of control because I always have SO many calories left to eat! I'm trying to up my protein intake during my meals, but I really need some healthy snacks that are high calorie and low in sodium and sugar! I know I can eat nuts, but what else is there??? We don't have any health food stores around here and I couldn't afford to buy from them even if we did! I am seriously struggling here! You would think with as much weight as I have lost I would have things completely figured out, but I definitely don't! LOL!

    Grains. Try oatmeal with fruit and nuts. A small bowl will pack 500-600 calories and if you don't add any sugar or salt it will stay low sodium/sugar. The steel cut type of oats is even more densely packed. Top it off with a bit of cream or butter for even more calories.
