I cancelled my gym membership so that I could put the money towards membership for me and my husband at the local indoor pool. They have two treadmills and a stepper, plus a few simple pieces of weight equipment. So, since I no longer have access to classes, I was going to look into working out more at home.
We don't have the cash for Insanity or P90x. We have access to "free" 10 minute videos through our cable tv provider and youtube has scads of 10 minute videos as well. I'm not sure I'd have the time or the privacy to do any more than 10 minutes.
Has anyone had good results with 10 minute videos? Can you really get a decent enough workout? Any noticeable changes?
Thanks!
