What Diet plan works for you?

I started loosing weight aboutthis time last year. Wasn't hole hearted in the begiing but then joined Weight Watchers. I ended up loosing 20 lbs but then hit a 3 month stand still. I then stubbled on to this site about 3 months ago. I was able to drop 4.2 lbs. Then Nothing for the last 2 months. I work out at the gym 5 days aweek and do Zumba once a week. And durning the day i get about an hour of cardo activity with my kids. The scale will not move! No matter what I do. I have been at the gym 2 months now and lost an inch nothing else.Everyone says they see it but i don't feel it or notice it. I am eating 1300 calories a day and although i do have a slip up here and there I am sticking to a healthy diet of lean meats, fruits and veggies.

Any advice on diet would be great. Thank you

    Are you drinking enough water? What are you eating? Your diary is private maybe you need to change you the foods you are eating or increase your calories. Do you eat your exercise calories back?

    I eat 1400 calories (plus I eat back my exercise calories) and I know with me the scale doesn't always show my results. I see results in my measurements, clothes and in photos.

    I am drinking between 8 to 10 glasses a day at least 7 of them are water and maybe cyrstal light is 1 or 2. I dont eat back the calories i burn.
