New Gym and trainer!

Well, I weigh myself only once a week and usually on Monday. I gained 1.1 pounds and I am feeling pretty low :-(( However, I just joined a new gym and have a trainer I will be working out with 3 times a week and I am hoping this helps. For my money, he is also supposed to help me with nutrition and all that other wonderful stuff that goes with losing weight. I will probably start blogging about it to help others going through the same thing or who are thinking about it. I am keeping my fingers crossed that all this will start adding up to more weight loss and no more weight gain!
