    Interval training is a great way to shape up and burn fat with limited time. But you can't target what fat gets burned. So this particular type of interval training isn't going to burn "belly" fat over any other kind of fat.

    Tried this workout today for 15 minutes and by the time I was done, I was drenched in sweats. I had a greeeaaattt workout today.
