Okay so there is this bag of frozen fruits that I blend up with a splash of 2% milk a tiny splash. Here is the nutritional info, I'm worried about the sugar.
I use the whole bag so this is the info for the bag as whole:
It contains: mango, strawberries, and papaya
Calories: 225
Total fat: 0
Sodium: 45mg
Carbs : 54
Fiber: 9g
SUGARS: 45g
Protein: 4.5g
Iron: 36%
Vitamin A: 135%
Vitamin C: 315%
Any other recommendations?
I eat fresh fruits also but don't use fresh fruit for shakes, I think its cheaper and easier with the frozen fruits.
