Posting Calories from Strength Training

Im having some trouble calculating how many calories I should be deducting for strength training, and I've only been including my cardio ones (although I've managed to stay under). I do between 45min-1hour in a gym session (followed by 20 min of cardio) and I usually do the machines, about 6 or so, 3 sets of 12 reps. How would I figure this out?
