New and so close

I've been working my butt off this summer and got maybe 3 or 4 pounds away from my goal of losing that last little bit hiding the bottom of my abs. Then I went on vacation with a bunch of friends. One week, way too many beers, pizza, and chinese food later, and I gained 8 pounds.
So now I'm about back where I started the summer, but I'm determined. Ran 12 miles and weight trained yesterday, and ran 4 more today (so far). But I've heard a lot of good things about myfitnesspal and decided to check it out. Seems really meticulous. I like that. Here's to hoping it doesn't thunderstorm later so I can go for another run!
