Looking to lose some sneaky lbs.

The reason that I'm here is my friend and walking partner Sarah found your app. I lost quite a bit of matronly weight a few years ago. Since then, I battle to lose an extra five to seven lbs. that keeps trying to reestablish itself to my frame namely my hips. I am a gynoid body type. I envision a 5lb bag of sugar, flour or lard and it keeps me on the straight and narrow, but sometimes I cheat especially at family functions. I make myself eat healthy, daily. I use apples to help suppress my appetite, lean proteins and vegetables to eat healthy; I drink lots of water and replace all sweeteners with stevia. At 63 whatever functioning metabolism, I had is gone with the wind so I use a Gisele to do low impact workouts. My dream is to reach and stay at 129, however my setpoint is around 135.
