Hello i am looking for workouts or anything i can do to burn a lot of calories

Open to any suggestions

    Insanity will burn anywhere from 500-1000 per hour

    What kind of work outs do you like? Zumba,....kickboxing.....cardio or strength?

    running is what has always burned the most calories for me..

    Spinning, Zumba, interval training on the elliptical machine (go at a moderate pace for 1 minute, then speed it up very fast for 30 seconds) or the treadmill (jog for 3 minutes, run for 1)...switch it up as you see fit. Also, strength training burns a lot of calories!

    Nothing burns calories like running, because you can go out and do it for an hour, even an hour and a half. At my pace, I get about 750 calories for an hour. Bicycling burns about half as much as running, but it is still really good and is easier on your body. I live in Northern California and can bike on hills, so a two-hour ride earns me like 1,200 calories.

    Makes maintaining a calorie deficit so much easier.
