I have a Classic Soloflex thats been sitting in the basement unused for 5 years and I'm cleaning it off

I also have a Bowflex® Motivator® 2 in my home office that's being used as a computer shelf

I figured its time to put them back in use and get some benefit from them.

Is it worth the effort to make an exercise entry, and if so, how do you calculate it. Will wearing my Garmin HRM and using its calorie count give me any valid value?

(I already do some work with dumbells and kettlebells, but my house is not set up that I can do free weights safely)

I would think the hrm should give you an accurate enough reading if you're staying in motion enough for it to be similar to cardio.
