Exercise = Weight Gain?

So after reading a "should I eat my exercise calories" topic for the 100th time I decided to do what I usually do when nobody can agree... I start doing research. So what did I find out?

Well apparently people who exercise are eating their exercise calories and usually more. This seems to be due to an increase in whatever crazy hormone controls our appetite later in the day after exercise. Also, what they don't come out and say but sort of implied, is that metabolism is not affected by exercise. Anyway, I won't risk saying anything (more) that may not be entirely true.
