After quite a messy breakup, I found myself feeling sad and depressed and running to my first friend - food. As a freshman in college at the time, this ended badly. I definitely put on the freshman 15, althought I was overweight to start.

This summer I've accepted everything in my life and decided I'm going to change my lifestyle and make myself an even better me! I've already lost about 10lbs before joining. I'm hoping to lost all my college weight by my birthday on August 29th, so only 5lbs to go! After that, I go where the gym takes me ;) Good luck to everyone!
