I set my goal to 1000 calories ...... Does anybody know what they should be set on? % and numbers??? HELP!!!

1000 cals is not enough for your body, especially if u are exercising, your body needs at least 1200 calories0

You should not set your goal custom. Go into goals and have it automatically walk you through it. Choose a goal to lose 1 lb per week as per MFP recommendations and start there.0

Can't advise you with percentages, but 1000 kcal is pretty drastic! I think you'll find from many, many experienced folks here that you may actually cause bigger issues eating so low.0
