Hello all!
I want to lower my carb intake, and I am looking for some meal ideas.
Share recipes and pictures. Here is one of my favorites

Ramano Basil Salad
1 c of romaine lettuce
8 cherub tomato
2 teaspoons of Fetta crumbles
1 tablespoon of black olives
Dress with wishbone Roman Basil Vinaigrette.
Its a damn good salad but I want other options.

Hey there, Just focus on your calorie intake and cardio routine if you have one. Carbs are your friend!

I consume carbs through out the day to keep me energised and then I avoid them at night time (because who needs energy when you're about to go to sleep!?)
I am fairly boring when it comes to dinner but my low carb dinners are usually
fish/turkey/kangaroo with steamed veggies/garden salad
If I have the room for it, I go for an omega rich portion of salmon! (I'm having it tonight actually!)
What I made the other night is something I love to eat!
200gm low fat turkey mince
100gm onion
100gm red capsicum
100gm brocolli
100gm cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
throw in some herbs and spices (no added salt!)

I do a good amount of cardio, but have not been strength training. I am having a hard time firming up, thought the carbs were the culprit.
