I just burned 175 calories doing strength training. I am frustrated and have been trying to add this to my exercise diary. I meticulously put in each exercise along with the number of sets and weights, but the system isn't accepting this data. I just want to "quick add" these calories. Can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks.

 create your own exercise called strength training or whatever you want to call it and put in the minutes and the calories burned
search for "strength training" under cardio.....I think there's already an entry in the data base that says that and enter the minutes and the calories burned.......or after you search for something there's a box below the search that says "can't find what you're looking for?" add your own and then you can call your strength training anything you want to .
the data base for cardio is the one where you can enter calories burned0 -
You have to put it under cardio to get the burn to add in0
