    I don't obsess with weighing myself. Never have. I weight almost every day too. I use it as a tool. It helps to keep me in check. But I also measure and pay attention to how my clothes fit.

    About a year ago, when I was on here, I would weight myself every day to "keep track" of where I was. Fast-forward to the past 2-3 weeks and I've been weighing myself maybe 2-3 times/week. BUT, my jeans (waist) are looser and I went "in" 1 notch on my belt. And guess what? My scale is about the same! SMH
