I'm so proud of me this morning. Yesterday was my 1st day of my new super healthy eating and exercise plan.
I went to the gym as normal yesterday; 30mins cardio and then 1hr weights/situps/lunges. 750 cals...in bed at 11pm. One kid woke at 23.30 for the toilet, the other one woke at midnight for the toilet also. Went to 1, husband looked after the other.
Then I decided last night to set my alarm for 4.50am and get up for a run! My first time doing it in the mornig time. Haven't run in a while as my glutes/IT band are at me.
Went for a 30min run in the drizzley rain. Back home at 5.35am, stretches, shower. All done by 6.20am. kids up then for the day at 6.30ish, head off for work at 7.10am.
Feels good to get some exercise in first thing. Shame it has to be so early though. Will head to bed early tonight to compensate. Just have to make sure I don't eat over my cals for the day seeing as I earned my brownie points first thing this morning. I will loose those extra lbs!!!!!!! Gym/spin 3 times a week, run twice a week.....healhty eating......no brainer
