I eat a lot of bread. With almost if not every meal. It has so much sodium in it but i like the heavy full feeling it gives me. Can anyone suggest something else that is equally as satisfying and convenient but lower in sodium please.

Cook lots of vegetables in advance and just reheat them. Pile cabbage as high as you want for fullness and forget the bread all together.0

I agree lots of veggies, but I prefer them raw. Experiment with veggies, find what you like, and go with it. After you find veggies you like, you grow to prefer them to bread, and won't want it anymore. Veggies are the prefect snack food.
I love: baby carrots, snap peas, red and yellow sweet peppers, kale chips, even pickles (lots of sodium but I work out enough to handle it).0 -
Vegetables. I find a salad without dressing tends to really help.
As well, you can try some brown rice.0 -
rice or popcorn cakes have no sodium.0
