Work nights and have plateaued.

Started back using MFP in March and lost 30lbs. by June. Past 6 weeks I have been slacking and pretty much just maintaining my weight gaining and losing a pound or two here and there. Haven't been recording my daily intakes and know I have been going over my daily needs. Looking for friends to keep me coming back to keep track.

    Well it sounds like you know what the issues are, LOG everything, everyday. We did not gain this weight overnight and we will not lose it overnight.

    I understand your struggles. It is so easy to fall back into old habits. We must establish new, healthy habits, so that we can stay on track..
