The only salsa I use is from a jar... I know not the healthiest but...

However, I do take 1 jar of salsa 16oz & 1 package of cream cheese 8oz. Mix well. top w/cheddar cheese. Chill for 2 hours.

Now that's not difficult to multiply into larger quantities.

    Good luck.

I used to have one. I've moved three times in the last 2 years,:grumble: so I'm not real sure where it is. I will try to find it tomorrow.:flowerforyou:

Thanks, but I am looking for a recipe to "make" a large batch of salsa! I have one from many times used but wanted to try a different one! I have the tomatoes, onions and all the peppers from my garden and will try and get a batch made by Wednesday. Thanks though, have a good evening!

Ok, sorry it took so long! I finally just called my sister and got it from her. However, it calls for "salsa seasoning," which we purchased from a dealer at a music festival.

    12 oz. diced tomatoes
    2 oz diced chilis
    15 oz tomato sauce
    1 cup diced onion
    2 tbsp salsa spice
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
2 jalapeno peppers finely chopped (optional)

I don't know that this is what you were looking for, but it might be a place to start.

    Yup, mine makes a ton!

    12-14 tomatoes
    4 sweet peppers
    1/2 large yellow onion
    one bunch green onions
    1/2 large red onion
29 oz can of tomato sauce
    1 jar pickled jalepenos
    2 cans diced green chilis
    Juice of 2 limes
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    one bunch cilantro
ate least 3 hot peppers, I use 12-15 but i like it hot. I use a variety like pablano, jalapeno, habenaro etc.

Put all in food processor, dump into bowl and mix. YUMMY!
