I feel so informed and empowered about my food intake. Although I have yet to meet my daily calorie goal, I have reduced my caloric intake by a little each day for the last five days, and feel sure that I will make my goal soon. I love the bonus calories you get for exercising (what an incentive!) and I love the "you will weigh this if you keep doing this" tool at the end of each day. I've tried so many "diets" that I hesitate to get too excited - after all I AM still a factor in this equation. But hope is a good feeling, and that's what I feel as well: Informed, Empowered and Hopeful!
