Hi all!

I hve now been on healthy exercise regime for about a year and haw lost around 9-10kg which is about a stone and a half. I have achieved this through healthier eating, exercising but would always allow myself treat days where I ate what I wanted and drank alcohol. Recently I got into this fitnesspal app entering every little thing I have...and I am now gettig more and more confused...i hardly have treat days as I feel guilty, I dont know what I should and shouldnt eat...all advise everywhere I read seems to say different things...grrr I want to lose 2kg more but my weighy has stolled and I find myself craving foods more as I restrict too much ...just need some support I think xxx

You obviously have patience, so just set yourself to half a pound a week loss, and if your treats and alcohol fit in with your macros and calories, then have them.

There is no point being miserable and craving foods, you will just end up bingeing.

Put your treats in your diary in advance and then plan your day around it so you know you can fit in what you need, without feeling guilty. I am a believer in If It Fits Your Macros, eat it!

I feel the same way as ladyraven. If it fits....enjoy.

Try a different approach. Instead of counting calories cut out sugar and carbs. That really makes a difference for me. Eat as close to nature as you can, lots of green veggies and protein and avoid the carbs and sugar.
You could also try doing a small workout in the morning and in the evening to keep your metabolism going.
