See now...this is how is starts

I'm not doing any exercise this evening (gym last night, run this morning) so it's a night in with my husband (and SIL who is over visiting and staying with us).

It's a slippery slope downhill starting with a nice dinner then I will buy/make something (usually bad) for dessert. We don't get many nights in together as we both exercise after the kids go to bed so when we do get time together, I treat it like a 'treat' and lose the plot altogether food-wise!

So I have chicken in the fridge, a few veggies. Will make something healthy-ish (fancy an indian style, I'm a sucker for creamy sauces though!). Dessert-wise: what's healthy, hot and can have with real vanilla ice-cream??Hmmmmm....................

hit pintrest and look up a low calorie/fat fruit cobbler! ~ Perhaps do a fruit crumble.
  • I made a low cal peach crumble and it would have been AMAZING with ice cream! :)
