Help with foot support

I have purchased 3 different pairs of sneakers over the past month. I have been walking/jogging A LOT. I want to get into running but My issue: BLISTERS! I could walk/jog so much further but the pain in my feet limit me. The last pair I bought were fitted. Does anyone have any suggestions? Ever dealt with this. Funny thing is, is that I started a kickboxing class and my feet don't hurt at all (everything else does though:). I'm guessing b/c it's not a repetitive motion. Anyone have suggestions?

I can't speak for "normal" shoes as I left them behind a long time ago, but my foot/back issues were resolved when I switched to VFF's. not sure if it would help with your problem but you never know :)

Everytime I start walking/jogging at first I do get blisters. I believe it might be because your not use to walking for exercising. It probably isnt your shoes, most of the time its because you just started walking. They will heal and then you will be fine. I would cut the walking and jogging down to just a couple days a week till your blisters heal.
