HIGH PROTEIN MEALS, SNACKS, & SHAKES...PLEASE SHARE!!

Please share your absolute favorite high protein recipes for ANYTHING! Snacks, meals, protein shakes..EVERYTHING! I really need to get together more ideas for my high protein diet that I have been doing! I really need some help with all of the above, but especially great ideas for in between meals and shakes.

    Chicken!
    I buy 5lbs of chicken a week and bake it in 1 night.
    Thats lunch for the next 5 days.
    Yes.
    I eat a pound of chicken a day sometimes more.
    Beans!
    Great with protein and carbs.
    I love greek yogurt.
    I love beef/turkey jerky.
    Low sodium plz!

    It would be easier for you to just look at my diary though so you can grasp the magnitude of how much I love food.

    Ok this isn't a recipe, but it's some I buy

    It's made by Old Wisconsin (you can buy them at Wal-Mart by the beef jerky type stuff)

    It's Turkey Bites

    6 pieces is:

    80 cals
    5 g fat
    25 mg of cholesterol
    300 mg of sodium
    less than 1 g crab
    7 grams of protein!!

    It's $2 for a package of them.

    Take a look at my diary...I get close to 200g of protein per day. I do use protein powder 1 or 2 times a day.
