Good morning my fellow fitness pals Quick question: There is so much talk watch your fats, watch your sugars all this info is kinda confusing, Should I be focusing more on sugar free or fat free, I have been trying to cut down on my sugars, so much different info out there is quit overwhelming. Thanks everyone!!!!

none.... fat free means theres more sugars or carbs which create sugars, and sugar free means there is more fat. fat is imo the healthier option. just eat normal cheese/yougurts/milk. high protein low carb diet is working wonders for me.0

one rule of thumb I try to live by.. the cleaner the foods are the healthier they are Processed frozen meals, quick take out, are no no's
Lean proteins, fresh fruits and veggies are always best, and the proper exercise for your fitness level is key also.0 -

Yes fats are not always a bad thing. Just eat it in moderation like everything else. As for sugar, maybe better key words would be "no sugar added" like on applesauce. It will have its natural sugars, but nothing additional which is really doesn't need in the first place. And MFP limits are jokes...set your own according to what "diet" format you prefer.0
