More energy

Every since I started Counting My Calories on this website and excercising at least 30 minutes a day I have had sooooo much more energy. I feel a lot healthier, my whole body feels tighter, and my mood has been uplifted. The topic board also motivates me a lot! Excercising is so addicting! At first it sucked, then It became fun! I never want to go back to the way I was eating/not excercising. I have lost 2 lbs so far, 8 more to go. Good luck everyone!

    Totaly know what you mean. Before I started this everybody i knew told me that i should exercise and i just hated the though of it. The first couple of times were hard, but now i cant wait for the next work out. Its done tons to my morale as well and not just because i am loosing weight, it affects all aspects of my life. I no longuer feel depress after though times ect. Now I wonder why i was so stubborn to get at it in the first place !
