This is NOT an advert as Hoodia is sold by MANY different firms.
I tried it for the forst time 11 days ago. In that time I lost 3-3 Kilos. I have never overeaten but found it hard to shift ANY weight.
I walk i.5 hours a day (dog owner). I gave up alcohol and chocolate and none the less could not loes weight. But since taking the above I feel at long last I have found the solution. I now count Cals and stick to a 1,500 Kcal diet/daily
