Hi, I am currently doing callanetics and 30ds as my workouts. Whilst I know that the callanetics will suck things in so to speak, what's the best way to get rid of the covering jiggle? I was thinking one day callanetics, next day 30 day shred and so on. What about diet? Low carb or just counting calories? What do people think?

As long as you are lowing your calories that will help you with the weight loss. I too do callanetics and notice that it "pulls you in" so as to cut the jiggling. 30ds is a great way to do a circuit and build muscle which will help as well. I am actually doing the same schedule as you one day callentics and one day 30ds. But I am adding in extra cardio such as walking/stationary bike, elliptical/kick boxing. Something like that. I am curious as to what Callentics dvd you are using. I have the Callanetics 10 in 10 and the Callanetics Evolution, but enjoy the 10 in 10 more.0

I have the original video, but as we have put the player away now I bought the complete collection book off Amazon. Its got the original, advanced and super callanetics programs. I like it better out of the book as I can watch some tv while I am doing it! Just done the first hour earlier this week, going to do another hour tonight. I have hen party, weddings, holidays all in the next couple of months so need to do what I can to tighten up!
Getting confused these days whether to count calories or carbs, or both! THere is so much division around this, and even when I think about counting calories you have mfp saying eat 1200 and loads more people saying you should nt go that low - stick between your BMR and TDEE, which for me is 1500.
I get so confused that I don't stick to anything!0 -
I know how you feel about the calorie limits - it's all so confusing and kind of discouraging0
