    Macros close to nailed.
    Sodium <2500mg.
    Plenty of fruit, veggies, and lean protein.
    Water glass overflowing.

    A great salad with lots of different veggies. parmesan coated tilapia one bread stick and a bowl of mixed fruit. yum

    Breakfast:

    scrambled egg, whole grain waffle with blueberries, 2 strips of bacon, reduced sugar oj and a banana.

    mid morning snack - 3 cups of cherries and a handful of pecans and some green tea

    lunch: grilled avocado and skim ricotta tomato mini pitas, with a salad and a hard boiled egg

    afternoon snack: triscuits and hummus and grape tomatoes

    dinner: steak, asparagus, mashed potatoes (with tiny bits of bacon instead of butter or gravy) and a glass of wine

    dessert: ice cold strawberries and blueberries with lite cool whip.

    BOOM - perfection

    oh wait- did you want numbers?
