Drinking lots of water

so i have been drinking lots of water everyday for the past week. i weighed myself today and i think im roughly 3 pounds lighter.
is this down to the water flushing me out??

(im also still on a diet of course :).)

  • it could be some water weight but also if you're drinking lots of water your likely to be less hungry and therefore eat a little less! That's what I try to do is drink a full glass of water before each meal and I end up eating less because I fill up faster
