Are you allowed to eat anything?

Hi, this is my first day on fitness pal and was just wondering are you able to eat anything you want as long as you stay within the amount of calories you are allowed per day?

    Exactly! If you eat crap and junk, you will quickly learn your calories don't go far at all.
