Holy ISH! I lost 8 lbs and didn't even know it!

So, I haven't been following MFP 100% perfectly, some days I'm over my calorie goal, some days under. But I have been walking more, and have been logging every single damn thing I put in my mouth. I noticed my jeans were feeling a little looser, and my blouses a little more blousy around the hips (I'm pear-shaped.)
Down from 227 to 218 in about a month and a half. Not exactly the 5 lbs lost per month, but this is amazeballs!
In the past, I've done OA, I've eaten too little and walked 2 miles per day. At my skinniest I was 119 lbs and growing yellow downy fur on my face. At my heaviest I wonder if I actually got over 300 lbs, eating and drinking my way through a long-term unemployment and my downward spiral.
This has been the easiest weight loss for me...ever!
Please don't ever discontinue this app, MFP. I will CRY if you do.

Oh, also one of my friends asked me if I was losing weight the other night. I hope to tell him about MFP. I think he'd find it useful, and he loves phone apps. If you treat weight loss like a video game, it helps.0

Thank you!
...It's so weird! XD
One thing that has helped me is to not own a scale. (I have had trouble with obsessive weighing in the past...) So, the GNC near my work has one of those coin-op scales that you put two quarters into, and it prints out your results. I have the slips taped into my dayplanner for motivation.0 -
Awesome. Great job!
I'm hoping this is me this week. I've been struggling to lose weight for the week couple of weeks but I can tell my clothes have become looser.0
