Dr oz recommended black tea on a show for girls my shape. 32oz was recommended, but I can get 16oz in a day. I drink it hot and cold with honey, no sugar.
Me recognizing that my weekend habits were not my week day habits
I get an hour twice a wk in exercise.
Having healthier things at the house that I like. Saying NO! the more I say it, the more empowered I feel.
No white anything at dinner (thanks Dr oz) or afterwards.
I drink with a straw as much as I can, allows me to drink more at each go
I eat a homemade salad daily... and meat is my smallest portion on my plate...if I get any...
But thankfully these are lifestyle adjustments, not just for a season.
I could keep going...
Ultimately, I do not live to eat anymore, I eat to live, and avoid at any cost eating til im full. When my buzzer starts going off, I call time and push away. (also eat a snack and be proactive cause I will binge if I allow it to go too far)
